Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business
Analytics to provide actionable business reporting and drive
strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee initiatives and lead teams to analyze data for trends,
insights, and predictive modeling
Collaborate with provider-facing teams to improve quality and
diagnosis performance
Support data analytics of vendor engagements and develop automated
reporting systems
Required Qualifications
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification
4+ years of professional data analysis experience with modeling and
reporting tools
4+ years of experience with SAS, R, SQL, Python, and Tableau in
healthcare analytics
3+ years of experience creating automated data reporting
systems
5+ years of analytical experience in healthcare, preferably with
government programs (preferred)
