Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Credentialing Analyst /
Coordinator. The Credentialing Analyst / Coordinator will be
working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential.
This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of
employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on
permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business
needs
The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday,
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ET (Hybrid: onsite as needed and remote)
Responsibilities:
Perform initial credentialing and re-credentialing of NPs, PAs,
MDs, and Behavioral Health Providers in a timely and compliant
manner
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC
standards
Monitor expired credentials, maintain systems, and generate weekly
reports
Manage Epic access for out-of-compliance providers
Conduct sanction checks and escalate any findings
Process malpractice insurance verifications
Maintain SharePoint sites for providers and communicate status
updates to leadership
Submit system access requests and support payer enrollment
Update provider databases with changes or terminations
Maintain credentialing grids and notify relevant teams
Support payer audits and maintain up-to-date provider files
Recommend process improvements and attend team meetings
Requirements:
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in healthcare credentialing
Proficient in quantitative analysis
Understanding of Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC standards
Strong MS Word and Excel skills; experience with MDStaff and
Outlook
Ability to work independently and meet performance benchmarks
Preferred: NAMSS CPCS certification
