Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to manage
and implement charge capture initiatives to enhance revenue
management.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily gross revenue reports and collaborate with department
managers to address variances
Conduct charge reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
in charge capture and clinical documentation
Provide education and guidance on compliant charge capture and
coordinate charge additions and deletions
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Applied Health Sciences, Finance, or a
related field
2-3 years of related work experience in a clinical or medical
office setting
Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements for
coding and charging
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and coding/billing software
Strong research and analytical skills related to financial data
