Job Description:
A company is looking for a Serv Excellence Operations Consultant
to lead technical operations improvement focused on patient
experience performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes data to identify actionable opportunities for improving
patient experience performance
Translates complex concepts into understandable mathematical
representations for operational leaders
Partners with leaders to implement tactics that enhance the patient
experience across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance,
healthcare, or a related field
Four years of relevant experience in process improvement,
consulting, or data analysis
Experience communicating with executive leadership and clinical
teams in a healthcare environment
Education or experience in quantitative and qualitative data
analysis methodologies
LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred
