National insurer seeks an experienced Underwriter to lead Environmental lines of business including Premises Pollution, Pollution Healthcare, Environmental General Liability Exposures, Pollution Legal Liability, Contractors Environmental Liability, Storage Tank and Transmission Liability, etc.

Activities:

*** Select or reject risk, price, and determine coverage.

*** Analyze coverage & limit requests to establish terms of offer.

*** Order and screen related reports to support rating and underwriting process.

*** Assess risk quality and initiate appropriate loss prevention actions.

*** Develop and maintain profitable relationships with agents and brokers.

Experience Sought:

*** 2+ years of Environmental Consulting, Underwriting, or similar experience.
