Military Assistance Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Military Assistance Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

Process military and veterans educational assistance programs, including tuition assistance and benefits
Maintain targeted Service Level Performance Goals and advise students on educational benefits
Ensure compliance with VA and DoD regulations while contributing to departmental improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
Two or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in higher education
Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs strongly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
Ability to understand and apply Military Assistance Policy & Procedure in daily functions
