join their EDI team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive training to customers on enrollment tools
and resources
Overseeing payer mandates affecting the revenue cycle and ensuring
compliance
Assisting customers with the enrollment process and resolving
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare, enrollment, customer service, or a
related field
Analytical thinking and systematic approach to troubleshooting
issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Experience working directly with customers
