Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Services Coordinator
responsible for organizing and documenting standard operating
procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Moderates and updates LMS content, troubleshooting issues and
organizing documentation
Catalogues process improvements for SOPs and drafts related
communications
Coordinates projects and communicates updates between various
teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Project management experience
Experience with content and SOP repository management
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
applications
