Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator responsible for
engaging retirement plan participants and retail customers
interested in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads interested in
financial services
Assess customer needs and schedule appointments with financial
consultants
Record interactions in customer relationship management software
and ensure high appointment completion rates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
Ability to interpret customer needs and match them with relevant
products or services
Proven ability to maintain regulatory-driven policies and
procedures
Operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage
complex tasks
FINRA fingerprinting required
