Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Lead to drive
insights and support key initiatives within the People Team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver data analysis for key People initiatives such as
performance evaluations and employee surveys
Create and manage data products to identify patterns and trends in
People data
Develop machine learning models to predict future trends across
People functions
Required Qualifications
10+ years in People Analytics with at least 5+ years in a
leadership role
Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages
Experience with reporting tools such as Mode, Looker, or
Tableau
Proven ability to scale data reports and work with large
datasets
Commitment to ownership and confidentiality in handling data
