A company is looking for an Agency Support Representative to

Key Responsibilities
Manage busy phone and chat communications efficiently and
professionally
Provide excellent customer service and train customers on online
processing systems
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and attend training
sessions to maintain skills
Required Qualifications and Training
Insurance experience is a plus, but training will be provided
Some college preferred, but not required
Punctuality and dependability are essential
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills
