Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Lead, Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor ongoing client performance and ensure
initiatives are executed according to expectations
Build and expand the Client Success team while fostering
relationships with clients and vendors
Drive value and retention metrics, and assist with onboarding and
training of new hires
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or
Client Success within AdTech or Digital Advertising
Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in programmatic media
buying technology/platforms is a plus
Leadership experience in hyper-growth environments
Experience using Salesforce and/or other key Account Management
platforms
