Job DescriptionProduce Team LeaderThe Produce Team Leader plays a critical role in the success of our Produce department. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing Produce team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and optimize product displays to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and promote a culture of safety and wellness.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Working ConditionsThe Produce Team Leader will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular interaction with customers, team members, and vendors. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The Produce Team Leader must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
