you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and
overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will
include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing
care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with
healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.Key
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized
care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as
prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical
information
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as
needed
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure
holistic care delivery
- Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality careIf
