Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Operations team member to
enhance their voice library and manage voice licensing and
acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct growth experiments to attract new voices to the Voice
Library
Negotiate voice licensing deals across various languages and
geographies
Scale quality control and data labeling operations to identify
outstanding voices
Required Qualifications
Creativity and a strong desire to solve open-ended problems
Experience in voice acting, licensing, or media and entertainment
is a plus
Familiarity with analytics or experimentation tools
A strong work ethic and motivation to achieve goals
A humble attitude and eagerness to learn
