Job Description:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this position is to Operate E-chain Automated Assembly Machine, E2 or E4 Manual Assembly, Read Packing List and Assembly Drawings to assemble and package orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate Automated Assembly Machine, Inspection, and Manual Packaging
• Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures by reviewing assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists.
• Assembles orders by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Team Leader
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader, Production Supervisor or Manager PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Manual dexterity and good eyesight are required for building orders.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. REQUIREMENTS:
    • Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
    • Follow directions carefully to complete the orders correctly.
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
    • Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to satisfy customer needs. BENEFITS:
