Job Description:

We are partnered with a global law firm seeking to expand their Capital Markets practice. This renowned firm is recognized for its expertise in structuring and executing complex financial transactions for clients across diverse industries globally.
Required Experience:

J.D. from a tier 1 law school
Admitted to the New York bar
3+ years of capital markets experience.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings and private placements, as well as familiarity with compliance and reporting under the 1933 and 1934 Acts.
Candidates should have a strong background in a large law firm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
