Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to
provide excellent service across various sectors
Source content ideas for the Content Team on a weekly basis
Complete end-to-end member requests efficiently
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer
service
General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and
restaurants
Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
