As the Pediatric Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all facets of the daily clinical operations of the Pharmacy Department, managing a team of 10+ FTEs. The Acute Care Pharmacy Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the hospital's pharmacy services are in full compliance with all relevant CT Children's, state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations. The Acute Care Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the development and management of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of care for pediatric patients.
In addition to your clinical expertise, the Acute Care Pharmacy Manager will be entrusted with managing human and fiscal resources, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively in line with organizational policies and procedures. The Pediatric Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and playing a key role in advancing the pharmacy department's clinical capabilities.
