A company is looking for a Director of Labs (Lean Startup, Experimentation).



Key Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and evaluate new business ideas based on market potential
Drive innovation through rapid concept testing using Lean Startup principles
Build and manage cross-functional teams to maximize execution in a dynamic environment


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth
Proven track record of launching products with measurable financial impact
Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Computer Science background is a plus
Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
