We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home visits in West Haven and surrounding areas. This PRN position offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 patient care and develop trusting relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

    • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
    • Minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred.
