Job Summary:The Medical Office Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of our physician office. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Accurate patient demographics collection, insurance verification, referral processing, and data entry are also essential duties.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations of the physician office, including medical records, patient and physician scheduling, and front desk oversight.
• Confirm appointments and order office supplies.
• Responsible for charge entry, patient balance processing, and daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
