**Job Summary**We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rhode Island Hospital. As a Registered Nurse I, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and family members.
• Evaluate patient care and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and research activities to drive positive change.
• Stay up-to-date with clinical competencies and maintain certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS/PALS as required.Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to work in a patient care environment and interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
