This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent critical thinking and communication skills. As a Med Surg Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse in the state of practice or policy.
