This opportunity is for a full-time or part-time physician (3.5-5
days per week) to join our well-established Massachusetts
post-acute team. In this role, you will work in a skilled nursing
environment providing primary care services. This exciting

- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine or
osteopathy
