Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capability Manager for the Optum Rx
Formulary Capability position, which can be performed remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner, overseeing formulary
applications
Translate business problems into requirements/user stories and
manage backlog
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordinate Scrum
ceremonies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of PBM or pharmacy experience
Experience with project methodology including requirements and
implementation
Experience leading project workstreams and deliverables
Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing large data sets
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
(preferred)
