• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care rendered.
• Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
• Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards. Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of a professional nursing program.
  • Current RN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
