A company is looking for a Manager II, Content Safety
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Content Safety Ops team and develop a robust content
enforcement program
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement policies and
conduct risk assessments
Drive operational processes and facilitate a high-performance team
culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
experience
5+ years of direct people management experience
5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or
Enforcement operations
Ability to manage ambiguity and leverage data-driven decision
frameworks
Proven track record of launching operational processes and enabling
scale
