Vimeo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy & Development Director to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in helping shape Vimeo's future by driving analytics and initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives backed by rigorous financial models and data driven decision making.What you'll do:

• Mergers & Acquisitions:
• Assist in the development and execution of Vimeo's M&A model, process and strategy, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, supporting the negotiation, and integration processes.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
• Manage intake, meetings, and connections with investment banks, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders in the M&A ecosystem.
• Support Vimeo's international expansion strategy, identifying key growth markets and analyzing opportunities.
• Conducting market research and analysis to understand local market dynamics, competitive landscape, commercial requirements and regulatory environment.
• Develop operational plans for new international markets, including analyses of the present and future real estate options for global office footprint.
• Strategic Planning & Business Performance Management:
• Support the annual business planning process, partnering closely with teams across all the departments to help define Vimeo's long-term vision and strategic priorities, developing budgets and operational plans and rolling out the plans.
• Operationalize and drive the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, ensuring alignment across the organization and tracking and reporting the quarterly scoring to assess progress towards goals.
• Support the Business Performance process, including creating and analyzing financial content, creating and revising the review templates and evolving the key performance indicators for weekly and quarterly business reviews.Who you are:
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing M&A transactions.
  • Experience with international expansion and market entry strategies.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.Bonus Points:

    • Familiarity with Vimeo's products and services.Base Salary Range:
      • NYC Metro: $184,000.00 - $235,000.00Base salary is just one component of Vimeo's total rewards philosophy.
