Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Content responsible
for developing and executing the organization's content
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to broaden
access to sexual and reproductive health information
Oversee the creation and quality of all written and video content,
ensuring it is engaging and accessible
Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality content
aligned with user engagement and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in health education/promotion or similar field with
at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree
with 12 years of experience
Demonstrated track record in developing and managing digital
content programs
Strong multitasking and project management skills in a fast-paced
remote environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly
preferred
Leadership and team management skills to guide and support team
members effectively
