Job Description:
A company is looking for an Art and UX/UI Manager to oversee
creative direction and user-centered designs for gaming
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of user experiences and interfaces
for gaming platforms
Create visually compelling UI elements and maintain visual asset
consistency across the platform
Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback to
ensure user-centered design
Required Qualifications
5+ years of design experience in a senior or lead visual design
role, preferably in the iGaming industry
Comprehensive portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI craftsmanship
with advanced proficiency in Figma
Strong visual design skills, including expertise in typography,
color theory, and visual hierarchy
Extensive knowledge of UX research methods and user-centered
design
Understanding of sound design's role in enhancing visual
experiences
