A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Relationship
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain monthly recurring revenue by driving product adoption
Serve as the single point of contact for service activities and
ensure consistent communication
Drive portfolio growth through cross-sell/upsell and contract
re-terms
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of direct and verifiable account management
experience
Proven track record of exceeding growth and customer satisfaction
goals
Possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen with a
customer-centric mentality
Experience in Video, Contact Center, or Web Collaboration
desired
BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
