Job Description:
A company is looking for a Facilities Director to oversee
facilities management services for a small to medium-sized
property.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision and training for staff, including performance
evaluations and coaching
Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, and track
deadlines
Oversee capital project and operating budget reports while creating
action plans for financial improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of experience and education
Facility Management certification preferred
Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance
management
Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets impacting multiple
departments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
