Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategy and vision for the Finance
Transformation practice
Provide leadership and accountability for team results and client
satisfaction
Manage financial performance, resource allocation, and innovative
service development
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of management experience as a Practice Director and
Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation
Experience with 7+ full-lifecycle implementations across major
Enterprise Applications
10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Oracle Cloud Certifications (Preferred)
Self-driven with a commitment to service excellence and results
