A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager -
Strategic Energy Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project reporting, budgeting, and tracking for multiple
client programs
Plan and partner with SEM coaches and program managers for program
implementation
Evaluate program performance and provide recommendations on
marketing actions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience, preferably in energy
efficiency or utility programs
0-2 years of people management experience
Experience in coaching and applying continuous improvement
principles
Ability to analyze and present historical data effectively
Strong report writing skills for both technical and non-technical
audiences
