Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients into the shared services ecosystem and support
operational standardization
Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing
costs, and improving operational metrics
Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities and
implement process enhancements
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in project management and revenue cycle
operations
Demonstrated experience in project definition, planning, and risk
management
Experience in revenue cycle management or operations
Ability to communicate complex business requirements
effectively
Proven capability in managing and executing improvement
projects
