Job SummarySaint Vincent Hospital is seeking a skilled nursing professional to fill the role of Nursing Unit Manager. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.ResponsibilitiesAs Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel, verifying that patients' needs are met, and evaluating unit nursing care and performance. You will also participate in planning work and coordinating activities with other patient care units and related departments.Requirements--- Academic degree in nursing
--- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR
