Job Description:

A full-time Floor Manager position is available at Momoya UWS, a Japanese restaurant on the Upper West Side. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, a DOH food handler's certification, and knowledge of Japanese food and sake.

Ensures service standards are upheld
Manages Human Resources
Trains and schedules staff
Prepares financial reports
Manages guest relations
Oversees inventory and facility maintenance
