Job Description:

Lead Nursing DirectorCenters Health Care seeks a seasoned Lead Nursing Director to join our corporate clinical team. This role involves rotating throughout various facilities in Upstate New York, requiring extensive traveling.Key Responsibilities:

Supervising all nursing staff in facilities
Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
Overseeing the hiring and employment of nursing staff
Ensuring adequate nursing staff and current skills
Overseeing nursing employee conduct
Monitoring incidents at facilities
Assessing the health needs of residentsRequirements:
- Current New York State RN license
- Minimum 5 years of long-term care experience
- Minimum 2 years of DON experience
- Strong supervision and leadership skills
