Job Summary:
Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care, administering medications and treatments, and documenting resident information accurately.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide direct resident care consistent with policies and procedures
--- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
--- Document resident information accurately
--- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
--- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
--- Licensed and registered in good standing in New York State as an RN
--- Experience with geriatric patients is desirable, but not required
--- Possess a sincere desire to work with the elderly, chronically ill, and disabled
--- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
