About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting client relationships, providing strategic advice on a range of financial transactions, and managing the execution of M&A and capital markets deals. A key aspect of the role is the ability to conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital infrastructure sector. The VP will also be expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall market presence and reputation of the institution.Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being highly desirable. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, particularly within the technology or digital infrastructure sectors, is required, along with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets transactions. The role demands strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses are preferred.
