Nurse Unit Manager Job Summary
Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of nursing care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  
• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff.
  
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
  
• Provide information to residents and healthcare teams.
  
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  
• Maintain documentation of resident care services.
  
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory.
  
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
  
• Develop an individualized comprehensive care plan.
  
• Maintain timely documentation of patients.
  
• Maintain supervision of staff and facility.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Must hold a valid New York State RN license.
    
  • LTC experience preferred.
    
  • Basic computer skills.
    
  • Excellent communication skills.
    
  • Must have a willingness to work as a team member.
