Job Summary: The Llama San team is seeking a hospitality professional to join our team. A talented individual with a passion for food, beverage and service is required. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar establishment.

Our Japanese Peruvian (Nikkei) restaurant in the West Village is seeking talented individuals with a passion for food, beverage and service. Llama San is the acclaimed Nikkei restaurant by Erik Ramirez and Juan Correa.

We strive to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Our approach is driven by hospitality, with a distinct attention to diversifying the guest experience based on individual needs, wants, likes, and dislikes.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  
• Drive service standards forward with an emphasis on Michelin Service.
  
• Work directly with service staff to improve their effectiveness.
  
• Maintain and clean the dining room.
  
• Lead and inspire a team of service professionals.
  
• Drive beverage sales through actively participating in service and developing knowledge with the service team.
  
• Participate in wine selections and place weekly wine and beverage orders.
