Leadership & Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Leadership & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and lead our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

• Leadership: Bring to life the Mission Ceviche values and engage our team to achieve our goals.
• Operations: Work closely with our General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, from managing prime costs to maintaining a safe and enriching work environment.
• Service: Lead our team to deliver a great guest experience, ensuring 100% table touches and consistently executing our service standards.
• Business Acumen: Operate with a strategic mindset, managing sales, building trust with guests and investors, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop our team to achieve operational goals
  • Manage prime costs and maintain a safe and enriching work environment
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring 100% table touches
  • Work closely with our General Manager to achieve operational goals
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with all local, state, and federal lawsRequirements:
    • 3 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • NYC DOH certification required
