Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Support to lead global
support teams and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive technical support outcomes, efficiency, and KPIs
Mentor support managers to deliver customer-centric solutions and
improve self-service options
Analyze customer trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to address concerns and enhance support processes
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
15+ years in a technical support environment, with 10+ years in
management roles
Experience managing multiple global support teams and outsourcing
relationships
Strong understanding of operational metrics and processes for a
global support organization
Proven track record in leading process improvements and managing
high-profile customer concerns
