This dynamic role requires a leader who can drive performance and success of a diverse hourly staff while overseeing an evolving beverage program at a reputable restaurant.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with the restaurant's vision and goals.
• Lead a team of beverage professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative beverage menus that complement the restaurant's cuisine.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in beverage management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
  • Ability to drive performance and success of a diverse hourly staff.
  • Advanced computer and administrative skills.
  • A love for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus.What We Offer
