Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to drive growth and optimize paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own operations and execution across programmatic paid ad channels
to meet growth and ROI goals
Build and manage the paid channel strategy, budget, and forecasting
in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Drive CRO initiatives and analyze paid media investment efficiency
for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing budgets for paid media programs,
including Google Ads and Meta Ads
Ability to execute independently on end-to-end marketing plans
Fluency with digital ad channel data, metrics, and analytics
Solid understanding of experimentation and A/B testing
