Job Description:
A company is looking for a Short-Term Disability Case
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Make timely and accurate claim decisions for Short-Term Disability
and related insurance
Gather and analyze relevant information from internal and external
sources
Document claims comprehensively and maintain high levels of
customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
12 - 36 months of Short-Term Disability claim experience
Proficiency in Short-Term Disability, Statutory Disability
Insurance, and Absence Management
Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing these
products
Possessing or actively pursuing a New York Independent Adjuster
license is a plus
