Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Merchant Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop merchant strategy and strengthen partnerships with truck stops
Lead operational OKRs and KPIs for the merchant network to drive engagement
Leverage data to create growth strategies and optimize product offerings

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in tech operations, project management, or business analytics
Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization tools, including Excel/Sheets and SQL
Experience implementing end-to-end workflows and processes
Strong understanding of merchant technologies and CRM systems
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
