Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to
oversee and guide a team in executing strategies that drive
engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for demand
generation activities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of demand generation program
managers and business development representatives
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of demand
generation programs and campaigns
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree
preferred
7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on demand
generation or related areas
Prior experience in a leadership role managing teams and demand
generation programs
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms
